• Basic Safety Training (PST.PSSR.FPFF,EFA).
• Security Awareness Training for All Seafarers
• Medical Certificate

NOTE: PROCESSING TIME – CDC/Seaman Book will be issue within day with online verification and this will be valid for 5 years.

Requirements for The Issuance of COE (Certificate of Endorsement)

• Application Form
• Photo
• Passport
• Medical certificate
• Valid license (COC) All Page with online verification
• Basic Safety Training
• STSDSD or SSO
• Seaman Book with online verification & Stamping Page
• Service Letter

NOTE: – COE will be issued within 12 days with online Verification and this will be valid for 5 years.

Requirement for the issuance of GMDSS GOC/ GOC endorsement

• Application Form
• Photo
• Passport
• Medical certificate
• Valid license (Deck Officer only) / previous GOC
• General Operators Certificate for global maritime distress and safety system (GMDSS)
• Basic Safety Training
• Ship Security Officer / STSDSD
• CDC with online verification & stamping Page

PROCESSING TIME: – GMDSS-GOC will be issued within 12 day with online verification and this will be valid for 5 years.

Requirement for The issuance of basic Oil, Chemical and Gas Tanker Endorsement

• Application Form
• Photo
• Passport
• Medical certificate
• Valid Tanker Course with endorsement/COP
• Basic Safety Training
• STSDSD or SSO
• Seaman Book with online verifications & Stamping Page
• Service Letter

PROCESSING TIME: – Tanker Endorsement will be issued within 12 day with online verification and this will be valid for 5 years.

Requirement for The issuance of TASCO/CHEMCO/GASCO Endorsement

• Application Form
• Photo
• Passport
• Medical certificate
• Valid Tanker Course with endorsement/COP
• Valid COC
• Basic Safety Training
• STSDSD or SSO
• Seaman Book with online verification, Stamping Page as Ab/Oiler/OS/officer
• Service Letter

PROCESSING TIME: – Advance Tanker Endorsement will be issued within 12 day with online verification and this will be valid for 5 years.

Requirement for The issuance of ECDIS/HIGH VOLTAGE Endorsement
